Barista

Full-Time Barista | Patisserie SVOI Patisserie SVOI is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Barista to join our team. We are a European-style café and patisserie in St. Louis, focused on specialty coffee, handcrafted pastries, desserts made from scratch, natural ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are not just looking for someone to cover shifts — we are looking for a reliable team member who wants to grow with us long term. What we're looking for: We are seeking a friendly, responsible, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with guests, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and is ready to support a high standard of service. Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks according to our standards Greeting guests warmly and creating a positive customer experience Taking orders accurately and handling POS transactions Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and guest areas Following food safety and sanitation guidelines Working as part of a team during busy hours Staying organized, consistent, and professional throughout the shift

Requirements :
