Job Description
Cafe Dolce is looking for a barista who takes their craft seriously and genuinely enjoys working with people. If you care about quality coffee and good service, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Prepare and serve espresso drinks, matcha/tea drinks and seasonal beverages to our quality standards Engage customers with a friendly, attentive approach — learn regulars' orders, make newcomers feel welcome Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system Work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods What We're Looking For Prior barista experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset A genuine interest in coffee/tea Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
