Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of food and beverages
• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
• Manage time effectively to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
• Work during the day, Flexible schedule, full time preferred.

Skills:

• Strong math skills, including the ability to perform retail math calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system
• Seeking person with management skills preferred and very responsible. Can work alone during slow season.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide assistance to coworkers when needed
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices in the food service industry
• Previous 1 year experience in the food industry or as a Bobarista is preferred but not required
• Must own a car for transportation.
• Honest and hard working employees only.
