Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashier duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas Assist in food handling and food preparation to ensure quality and freshness Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels Requirements Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Saturday availability is required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with our guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced setting Dedication to consistency and excellence in task completion Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts Reliable team player with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and receive constructive feedback Preferences Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required.
