As a Barista, your responsibilities will include creating delicious drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the store, greeting customers as they come in and helping them with their questions or concerns. You will work with a diverse group of people and be exposed to many different aspects of the business. You will make an impact upon the lives of those you meet through your friendly demeanor and excellent service. This is a part-time position, but the right candidate can move up in the company quickly.

Responsibilities:

Use the company's espresso machines and grinders. Know pan sizes and the order in which to fill them with water to make a certain beverage. Write down customer drink orders. Be able to make drinks quickly and accurately. Be able to handle pressure from customers. Learn about coffee origins and roasting techniques.
