Job Description
Barista / Retail Associate Join our team at POSH CHOCOLAT, a chocolate factory with a cozy retail shop and café serving breakfast and lunch! We're looking for a friendly, energetic Barista/Retail Associate to craft great drinks, help customers find the perfect chocolate treat, and create a warm experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This is more than just a coffee shop job — you'll work in a fun, supportive environment surrounded by the sweet smell of chocolate, with the opportunity to pitch in on chocolate packaging when things are quiet. Plus, you'll earn tips on top of your hourly pay! What You'll Do Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and tea using our equipment Take orders and serve breakfast/lunch items, pastries, and treats Help customers explore our chocolate selection and make recommendations Ring up purchases (cash and card) and keep the register accurate Keep the café and retail area clean, organized, and inviting Monitor inventory and let management know when supplies are low Occasionally assist with chocolate packaging and production tasks Follow health and safety guidelines What We're Looking For A friendly, customer-first attitude — you genuinely enjoy people Experience as a barista, server, or in retail is a plus (but not required — we'll train the right person!)
