Job Description
Florence Coffee Company is looking for multiple baristas to join our team to work the 12-6:30pm shift. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. 3 days a week minimum required availability and weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities Serving customers Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Accurately handle cash register operations Qualifications High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment Ability to work effectively without direct supervision Benefits Free coffee on shift Discounted coffee off shift Retirement plan after 3 months of employment Health insurance based upon hours worked Base pay $10.85 Pay between $15-$22 an hour when factoring in tips Florence Coffee Company is an equal opportunity employer.
