Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a couple awesome individuals to join our Lewistown team! We start at minimum wage + all cash/credit card tips - take home, say day, untaxed! If you want a high pace, fun job, working with some amazing people this is the place for you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent service Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back Skills Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation (nice-to-have) Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask effectively while delivering outstanding customer service Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a team-oriented environment
