Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards Operate the POS system efficiently for retail sales transactions Process cash and card payments accurately while handling cash with care and precision Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, equipment cleaning, and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks to support beverage service and ensure food safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and maintain a smooth workflow Qualifications Previous experience as a barista Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure timely service Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee, dedication to customer satisfaction, and teamwork spirit will shine.
