We serve Colombian baked goods like pandebono, pan de queso, and buñuelos, along with empanadas, sandwiches, fresh juices, and coffee made with high-quality Colombian beans. We're looking for a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) team member who's eager to learn and deliver excellent customer service. What You'll Do Welcome customers and take orders Prepare and serve coffee, juices, and food items Operate espresso machines and other café equipment (training provided) Handle payments accurately Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized Work as part of a small, supportive team What We're Looking For Customer service skills and a positive attitude Fluency in English and Spanish (required) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Eagerness to learn, agility, and reliability Previous café/food service experience is a plus (but not required) Perks of Working at Roasted Tinto Flexible part-time or full-time shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends) Barista and café training provided Supportive, family-style work environment Learn hands-on skills in authentic Colombian coffee and cuisine How to
