Job Overview Looking for smiley faces, very friendly and talkative employees for part-time positions at our Ice Cream Shop. In this lively role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes their orders, and creates a fun, welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest enjoys a delightful experience. This position offers flexible hours perfect for students, part-time workers, or anyone passionate giving the best customer engagement. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, efficient workspace while delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back for more! Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Prepare rolled ice cream, scooped ice cream, milkshakes, dirty sodas, mini pancakes, bubble tea, and other menu items. Accurately operate the cash register and process customer payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Restock ingredients, cups, toppings, and supplies throughout the shift. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service. Help promote specials and upsell menu items when appropriate. Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred. Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person.
