Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards. Prepare fresh deli sandwiches, wraps, and other café food items according to recipes and food safety standards. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and effectively. Process cash and card payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café, workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed. Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to management. Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
