We are looking for the dedicated and energetic team members to join, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. Role Overview As a Cashier / Barista, you will provide excellent customer service, take and process orders, prepare beverages and food items, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/cashier system.
• Handle cash, card payments, refunds, discounts, and orders according to company procedures.
• Prepare drinks according to Brecotea recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare and serve bakery items, food items, and other store products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including workstations, equipment, dining areas, restrooms.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, product rotation, proper storage, and inventory-related tasks.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen awareness, illness reporting, and workplace safety procedures.
• Follow company policies, attendance and timekeeping requirements, and uniform and grooming standards.
• Work cooperatively with managers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management in accordance with applicable law.

Qualifications Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. Comfortable multitasking and staying organized during busy periods. Able to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety requirements. Previous cashier, barista, café, bakery, boba/tea shop, or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
