Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare delicious food and beverages, handle cashier responsibilities with accuracy, and keep the shop clean. Prior experience in coffee preparation and food handling is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. The position requires a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Make tasty drinks Prepare delicious food Display consistent, enlightened hospitality Greet and thank every customer Be eager to learn Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures Wash dishes throughout your shift Keep shop clean and tidy: inside and out, front and back Respect health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Maintain composure during busy times

Qualifications:

Have clear communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude Must love coffee and appreciate how serious we are about it Be at least 18 years old April through October must: Be available 15+ hours a week Be available to work at least 2 weekend shifts for at least three weekends each month. Ability to lift 30lbs on a regular basis Have access to a phone that can text and make calls Have access to the internet Have reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
