Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista or Barista trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks and teas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
• Manage cash handling and operate a cash register accurately.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Perform tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies, general cleaning and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
