Job Description
Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista (Bobarista) Cashier to join our boba team. This person would have to be flexible in time and is able to work weekends and closing. This role combines boba and food preparation with efficient cashiering duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have previous barista, boba or food service experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills in a face-paced enviorment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant café setting where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and boba beverages and food items according to company standards Operate POS systems such as Clover and other third delivery systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Restock supplies as needed and ensure the café remains organized and inviting Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Proven experience as a barista, boba, or in food service, with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS, DoorDas, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Menufy. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable Join our team to deliver high-quality coffee experiences while providing outstanding service in a dynamic café environment!
