In this role, you will be the face of our guests' event experience, crafting and serving a variety of high-quality coffees and beverages as well as light food items in a fast-paced catering environment. Your enthusiasm for exceptional service, combined with your expertise in beverage preparation and food handling, will create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Craft and serve a wide range of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Handle retail sales transactions accurately using a Square POS system, ensuring smooth cash handling and processing of payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart area. Transport all equipment carefully Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any questions or special requests promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards. Follow all food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices during beverage and food preparation. Experience Previous experience as a barista or in a café/food service environment is preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures within the food industry. (Level 3 Food Handler's Permit required) Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
