A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

We're hiring both energetic Baristas and experienced Shift Leaders who take pride in exceptional coffee, fast-paced team energy, and great customer connections. What You'll Do All Team Members:
Handcraft espresso beverages, cold brews, refreshers, smoothies and seasonal drinks to standard. Welcome guests, run the POS register, and deliver fast, attentive service. Prep, plate, and serve locally sourced baked goods and food items. Maintain bar hygiene, restock syrups and milks, and handle daily open/close checklists. Shift Leads (Additional Responsibilities): Serve as the floor lead during assigned shifts, directing workflow and managing morning rush bottlenecks & supporting the team. Handle daily store opening or closing procedures Support on-the-floor training for new baristas, drink consistency, food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor food and beverage inventory throughout the day and flag low-stock items. Step in to troubleshoot guest concerns or basic register/equipment needs with a calm, solution-oriented attitude.
What We're Looking For Barista Candidates:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior food, cafe, or retail experience is great, but a positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn matter most. Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Lead Candidates:
Minimum 1+ years of lead, supervisory or senior barista experience in a cafe, bakery, or quick-service food concept. Proven reliability with opening/closing responsibilities and cash handling. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach peers constructively during a rush. Availability Requirements (Both Roles): Must have reliable, year-round transportation. Open availability for early morning openers (starting around 5:30/6:00 AM) and/or afternoon closes, including weekend shifts. Perks & Culture Competitive hourly wages plus tips.
