- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea beverages, smoothies, and some food according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for order processing and sales tracking. Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with sales transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
