As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that each customer has a memorable experience while enjoying their favorite drinks. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea beverages, smoothies, and some food according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for order processing and sales tracking. Qualifications
• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with sales transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
