Pay:

hourly + tips As a Shift Leader you help keep the shop running smoothly while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. You have know how to bring out the best in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members during each shift Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service Prepare smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, and other menu items correctly Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation are consistent Assign tasks and keep employees productive during the shift Train and support new team members Handle customer concerns professionally Operate the POS system and manage cash accurately Monitor inventory and restock ingredients and supplies Maintain a clean and organized front counter, prep area, and equipment Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Complete opening and closing duties Communicate shortages, equipment problems, and employee concerns to management Help create a positive, energetic work environment You are a great fit if you...
