The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will craft high-quality beverages, maintain a welcoming and clean environment, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and assisting with menu recommendations. Operate the register and handle transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with food preparation and other shop tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, retail, or as a barista is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person! Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively. Familiarity with POS systems is helpful but not required (training provided). Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
