Job Description
$15.95 - $16.50/hour + tips Longfellow's Coffee in Kinnelon, NJ is looking for 1 Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, punctual, and engaged. We are looking for part time employees who are able to work throughout the year. A candidate who is flexible with scheduling throughout the week is preferred. Weekend availability is required. Longfellow's Coffee in Kinnelon is a small, fast paced drive-thru only coffeehouse with a focus on excellent beverages, food and customer service. If you enjoy working with food and beverages, consider yourself to be friendly, organized and energetic, Longfellow's Coffee may be a good fit. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Execute daily operations of the shift and ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista or other foodservice position High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to reading your application.
