The Original House of Waffles- New Brunswick, NJ We're hiring experienced baristas who can step in and perform immediately in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is not a traditional coffee shop role . Customers order through their phones—your job is to execute drinks quickly, accurately, and with confidence while keeping the energy high behind the bar. Shift Early morning shift required Start time: 5:15 AM Ideal for early risers who like to get in, work hard, and finish early Pay $17.50-$18.50/hour (based on experience) Consistent hours + fast-paced shifts What You'll Do Prepare coffee, chai, matcha, and specialty drinks with speed and consistency Call out orders clearly and confidently Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times Work with urgency during rushes without losing quality Bring energy and presence behind the bar What We're Looking For Barista experience
