Kaizr is hiring experienced and customer-friendly Front-of-House staff for our restaurant in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service Take dine-in, takeout, and online orders accurately Prepare tea, chai, coffee, fresh drinks, and specialty beverages Pack food neatly and verify all items before handing over orders Coordinate pickup orders with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and other delivery drivers Manage the cash register and POS system Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and beverage station Answer customer questions about the menu and recommend items Handle customer concerns professionally Restock cups, sauces, packaging materials, and front-of-house supplies Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time

Requirements:

Previous restaurant, café, or customer-service experience preferred Experience preparing tea, chai, coffee, or specialty drinks Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and professional Comfortable handling cash, POS orders, takeout orders, and delivery drivers Availability for evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts Full-time and part-time positions available.
