We are redefining coffee culture while supporting Yemeni farmers and communities. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling food items, serving snacks or light meals, and restocking supplies as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or safety Engage in sales efforts by recommending menu items and promoting specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Qualifications Prior barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Experience in food industry settings or café environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Why Join Us?
