Position:

Full-Time Jubran Cafe is hiring a full-time barista to join our growing team. We're looking for someone energetic, reliable, fully available, and interested in building a long-term career in hospitality. This is not just a coffee shop job—we want someone who wants to grow, take on responsibility, and become a key part of the company as we expand. Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, chai, refreshers, and specialty beverages. Deliver excellent customer service Open and close shifts Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Restock inventory and supplies Assist with catering, private events, and off-site activations Support daily operations and help wherever needed Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver's license Reliable transportation Full-time availability, including weekends Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Preferred Qualifications Barista experience strongly preferred Experience with espresso machines and specialty coffee Hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience Important Our operating hours are 7:00 AM-12:00 AM . Schedules may include morning, evening, weekend, and event shifts. Applicants should be comfortable working a flexible schedule within these hours.
