Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and flair, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and transaction accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures Assist with food service tasks such as food safety checks, food handling, and ensuring the café area remains inviting and organized Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality or safety Qualifications Previous barista experience or coffee industry background preferred; strong serving skills are a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math proficiency for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional beverages and outstanding service!
