As a Barista, you'll be the heart of our café, energizing customers with your friendly attitude and expert drink-making skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your enthusiasm for boba culture, connect with diverse guests, and contribute to a vibrant community space. Your positive energy and attention to detail will help deliver memorable experiences that keep customers coming back for more! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks and teas with precision Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas Handle cash register operations, process payments securely, and issue receipts Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and products are available for service Assist with opening, closing, and daily shop operations Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed. Must be a team player Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Knowledge of tea brewing techniques or barista experience are nice-to-have but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us as a Barista and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional tea experiences!
