Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas, following food safety standards. Manage food preparation tasks related to beverage service and light food items as needed. Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong background in food service or café environments with barista experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and sales reconciliation. Ability to maintain cleanliness standards through effective cleaning routines and food handling practices.
