You've found it. We are an 11 year old coffeeshop small batch bakery in rutherford NJ using Cafe Grumpy roastery. Our menu is pretty minimal as far as drinks go, classic espresso style menu. We're a small team with a simple philosophy: good coffee, great food, and absolutely no reality-show-level drama. We're here to work hard, support each other, and make things we're proud to serve. Great Fit If You:

✅ Have at least 1 year of counter service and/or barista experience ✅ Notice the little details that other people miss ✅ Can chat with customers like a normal human (bonus points if you're actually friendly) ✅ Work well independently and with a team ✅ Can keep your cool when the line suddenly goes from 2 people to 22 people ✅ Show up on time (our coffee machine shouldn't be the first employee to arrive) ✅ Can get to Rutherford early in the morning without declaring war on your alarm clock

What You'll Be Doing:

Making coffee and helping customers Cleaning stations, dishes, equipment, and tackling deep-clean projects Lifting boxes, restocking supplies, taking out trash, and keeping things running smoothly Running the occasional errand and helping wherever needed
