Pay & Growth Opportunity:
Starting pay: $18/hour Tips and commissions, with the potential to earn up to an additional $6/hour Additional $1/hour once latte art and required certifications are completed That means you can grow your earning potential while developing your coffee skills, leadership experience, and career with 787 Coffee.
What You'll Do:
Lead by example on the floor Craft high-quality coffee, lattes, teas, and food items Support and train baristas during daily operations Deliver an amazing customer experience Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Support sales by engaging customers and promoting our menu Bring positive energy to every shift
What We're Looking For:
Previous barista experience Leadership or shift lead experience preferred Strong customer service skills A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment Passion for coffee, people, and hospitality At 787 Coffee, we are more than coffee.
