Barista Cashier

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems Square to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with integrity and accuracy Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and during serving Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support café operations and ensure fresh offerings Requirements Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation Proven cashiering skills including cash handling, retail math, and POS system proficiency (Square prefferred) Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Experience in food service or food industry settings is highly desirable Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the café area, and lift moderate loads when necessary No Visible Tattoos No digital watches or phones during shift Join us in creating a lively café experience where every customer leaves satisfied!
