You will be essential in creating a positive experience for our customers, from expertly crafting their favorite drinks to providing friendly, genuine service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service that makes everyone feel welcome.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and patio.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during every shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
