LA BAKERY IS A BUSY PLACE AND FAST PACE. LOOKING FOR PERSON THAT HAS GOOD ATTITUDE AND KNOWS TEAM WORK. POSITION IS MONDAY TO SATURDAY WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM
$14 to $16 an hour + Tips for this position. Duties
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and teas
  • Operate coffee brewing equipment and other food preparation equipment
  • Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages Experience
  • Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
