We are hiring a Breakfast Associate to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay (plus tips where applicable) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts on hotel stays and services Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints Represent MCHG positively in the community Qualifications Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays MCHG is an equal opportunity employer .
