Full-Time:

Part-Time:

$17 / hour Stable shifts and professional training provided. Requirements Priority given to NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Safety License) holders. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Punctual, responsible, and a great team player.

Earn Double Pay (2x basic hourly rate) for working on designated company holidays. Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible for 10 days of PTO after one year of continuous service, provided work hour requirements are met.

Core Duties Operations & QSC Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strict adherence to company standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

Sales & Profitability :

Actively participate in sales activities to increase revenue and implement cost-control measures to improve store profitability.

Staff Training :

Mentor and train new employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures.

Administrative Tasks :

Manage store paperwork, including inventory ordering, weekly cleaning schedules, and employee scheduling.

Regulatory Compliance :

Assist the store in passing health inspections and ensuring all food safety protocols are met. Point of Sale (POS) : Efficiently operate POS systems (such as Clover) for order processing and accurate cash handling.
