Proficient knowledge of resort operations, policies, procedures, and products Answer phones and communicate with guests resort policies, procedures Use of POS system to sell resort product Keep a neat and clean workstation Resolve inquiries/issues in a timely and professional manner Engage with guests to ensure an exciting experience and lifelong memory Remain focused in a very busy environment Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers

Requirements Qualifications:

18 years of age or older and prior work experience Ability to accurately complete transactions using POS system Knowledge of snow sports preferred Prior cash handling experience Able to handle stress and remain composed both with guests and staff Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Hours:

Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Starting Pay Rate $16/Hr. Salary Description $16.00/Hr.
