Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment. Managing time effectively during busy periods. Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee experience is highly preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math. Experience in the food industry or café setting is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
