We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cashier/Barista/Server to join our team. Responsibilities & Requirements Must have 2+ years of customer service experience Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Teamwork - ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively. Engage in sales activities by promoting menu items and upselling products to enhance customer experience. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions. Food safety knowledge. Stronger customer service. Handling POS system with basic math skills. Keeping the area/equipment clean, organize, and fast-paced, and stocking products Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed in the bakery environment.
