Job Description
We are seeking someone who has a passion for all things coffee! We pride ourselves on authenticity and proper technique. Candidate must be 18 or older and able to work in a fast paced/customer facing environment. We are open daily; candidates must have weekday & weekend availability. Shifts are 8am-4pm . Required tasks include but are not limited to:
- Learning the proper techniques on all coffee/espresso/tea drinks; including pour overs and drinks requiring latte art.
- A focus on customer experience; must be friendly, personable and dedicated to providing each patron the best experience possible.
- Should be able to communicate menu effectively to customers and provide suggestions as needed.
- Must be able to learn and operate a Square POS system, take customers orders in a friendly manner while organizing/expediting the handling of each order to fulfillment.
- Clean up: Must adhere and follow our cleaning protocols which include sanitizing workspace, cleaning dishes, cleaning tables, mopping, organizing kitchen, etc.
- Must be able to multitask and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
