Evening Bistro Attendant Overview:

We are looking for an outgoing, guest-focused Evening Bistro Attendant to join our Courtyard by Marriott team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in our Bistro. Previous bartending experience is required.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and beverage orders and enter orders into the POS system. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Prepare Bistro food items according to brand standards. Answer questions and make recommendations regarding menu and beverage selections. Process guest checks, credit cards, and payments accurately. Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Bistro and bar area. Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Job Requirements:

Previous bartending experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
