Job Description
Somewhere Near is looking for a Lead Barista to join our founding team. We're looking for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and believes hospitality is just as important as what's in the cup. This is an opportunity to help shape our coffee program from the very beginning. You'll work closely with ownership to establish standards, mentor future team members, and help create the kind of experience guests look forward to coming back to.
