We hire based on stated availability and schedule accordingly.•What You'll Do Provide standout, friendly, and efficient customer service (counter + table service) Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages Take accurate orders using Square POS and handle payments Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house environment Learn and stay up to date on all menu items (including seasonal offerings) Support teammates during busy periods—this is a team-first environment Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers What We're Looking For A consistently positive, team-first attitude (not just during training) Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy rushes Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to be coached and improve Attention to detail and pride in your work Experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter more. Availability Requirements (Important) Must be available for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts We are open 7 days/week from 7am-7pm Weekend availability is required Your submitted availability will be used to build your schedule—please be accurate and realistic Physical & Role Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic math skills for cash handling Before You Apply We are a small, high-standard team.
