Overview:

Hardy's Bakery is seeking enthusiastic Team Members/Baristas/Servers to join our team. Starting pay is $16/hour plus tips. Must be willing to be a team player & have FUN while working hard. Must love serving guests & making their experience with you amazing. Evenings & weekend availability is required. As a Team Member/Barista/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious coffee and other beverages, and assisting our guests, both at the counter & table side service. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills, this is the job for you.

Duties include:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages & other drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, etc
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into our Square POS system, handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front area
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal offerings
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any concerns or questions
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machine
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of products
• Daily & weekly cleaning duties to keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly
• Serve tables, take orders & provide the highest level of hospitality & customer service

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods, while also able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to assist with food preparation tasks as needed, basic food service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn, be coached and be a team player

Shift:

Open 7 Days per Week, Weekend availability required Hardy's Kitchen & Bake Co is open 7am

• 7pm, coverage is needed for all shifts
