Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, dedicated & dependable Barista to join our team long term. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, packaging pastries, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to standard recipes. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the POS system, including cash handling and processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices at all times. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or café settings is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is preferred, but not required.
