Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the workspace to ensure food safety standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and transactions Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination Keep work areas tidy, organized, and stocked with supplies to ensure smooth service flow Assist in training new team members on sanitation procedures, customer service techniques, and POS operation Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Ability to operate POS systems accurately in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with restaurant operations or food handling regulations is a plus Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
