The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily coffee operations, training staff, and managing various aspects of restaurant machine use and design management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Duties Lead daily barista operations, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation and customer satisfaction. Train new and existing staff on coffee techniques, machine operation, and customer service standards. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of restaurant machines, including espresso machines and other equipment. Manage workflow to optimize efficiency during busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Assist in designing and implementing new menu items or presentation styles to enhance customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety regulations. Support the startup environment by contributing to process improvements and operational strategies. Collaborate with management on staff scheduling, inventory control, and overall store performance. Skills Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Familiarity with restaurant machinery, including selection, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and customer interactions. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced startup setting. Creative mindset for design management related to beverage presentation or store aesthetics. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining equipment and workspace standards.

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
