As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving expertly crafted coffee drinks, along with our signature waffles and crepes. Your role is key in creating a friendly, warm, and vibrant atmosphere for our customers, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit. You'll also work with a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks. Create and serve waffles and crepes following our recipes and presentation standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, waffle makers, and crepe stations. Follow company recipes to ensure consistency and quality in each beverage and dish. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee equipment and food prep areas. Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately. Restock supplies such as coffee beans, waffle batter, crepe fillings, and toppings. Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stock levels for ingredients and supplies. Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Upsell products like seasonal specials, coffee beans, and merchandise to customers. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
