We are set to open June-July, if interested, please see job description below: Baristas Job Description Prepares and serves high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders via POS systems, maintaining a clean workspace, operating espresso machinery, and preparing light food items, they must be knowledgeable about menu items, engaging with patrons to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation:

Crafting espresso- based drinks, brewing coffee, and preparing teas according to established recipes

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, answering menu questions, making recommendations, and handling complaints

Order Management:

Taking orders accurately using POS systems and processing cash/credit payments

Store Maintenance:

Keeping the bar, seating area, and service stations clean, sanitized and stocked.

Inventory Handling:

Replenishing supplies, grinding coffee, and restocking display cases

Required Skills and Qualifications Knowledge:

Understanding of coffee brewing methods, equipment maintenance, and food safety regulations

Interpersonal Skills:

Friendly personality, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (e.g. milk crates), and work in fast-paced environment

Flexibility:

Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is often preferred but not always required for entry-level roles Minimum 2 year experience

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
