Duties Set up catering stations, banquet tables, and service areas with precision and care to ensure a polished presentation. Serve food and beverages confidently, including wine, coffee, and specialty drinks, maintaining high standards of hospitality. Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards for various events. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. Buss tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness of service areas to uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling efficiently. Support beverage service including drink mixing, wine knowledge application, and responsible alcohol service during events. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations. Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and beverage service including coffee and wine knowledge. Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and billing purposes. Familiarity with banquet or fine dining experience is a plus.
